What is this dashboard? This dashboard tracks funding awarded from the water related provisions of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) and/or the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). This interactive tool allows users to follow the money from federal agencies to water projects on the ground.
How can I use it? Use the Overview Page to view water projects which have been funded by the two laws. Filter by state, program, or water policy area. Use the Formula Programs page to explore the flow of funding through state governments to implement these programs. View formula allocations as well as state implementation actions like intended use plans.
What else is available? This dashboard is just one of the Water Program Portal’s many resources to help you support the equitable impact of new federal investments in our water system. The complementary Opportunities Dashboard summarizes all of the funding available in the two laws and tracks funding opportunities. Head over to the Resource Library to find helpful reports, guides, and implementation tools. Check out the Events Calendar for a list of upcoming virtual and in person events.

Data for this dashboard is primarily sourced from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)’s State Revolving Fund (SRF) Project Map. Data includes projects funded by the IIJA SRF boost and general SRF appropriations that began or were amended since 2021, the same year that IIJA was passed.
Data will be updated as new data is released by the EPA.
