SUMMARY:Tribal Drinking Water Data Investigation + Insights
DESCRIPTION:Nearly 50 percent of Tribal homes on Tribal lands lack access to reliable water sources\, compared to 1 percent of U.S. homes overall. Tribal Nations operate in a complex\, oft misunderstood and sometimes ignored jurisdictional landscape through which drinking water is funded\, provided\, and regulated. Federal data collection\, data publication\, and subsequent research frequently fails to capture the political realities in which Tribal Nations operate. As a result\, statistics\, recommendations\, and policy papers fail to capture the unique challenges that Tribes face in accessing drinking water\, and the unique levers that Tribes have to address these challenges. \nJust as the federal government has a trust responsibility to provide sanitation and drinking water to Tribes\, the federal government has a trust responsibility to provide Tribes with relevant data and analysis tools that are useful\, accurate\, and consistent with Tribal data sovereignty. \nWith this in mind\, we asked: what Tribal drinking water data is publicly available\, how is it collected\, how is it published\, and what are the implications for Tribal data? Join us to learn more about our investigation\, analysis and insights.

SUMMARY:Investing in AI Data Centers? Land and Water Could Make or Break You
DESCRIPTION:The two main resources for AI\, land and water\, are limited in nature. \nWithout adequate land\, water\, and power resources\, the AI boom is capped in growth. \nHeath Lovell from Dair Capture is joining Tab Schadt\, and we’re sharing everything you need to know about the resources needed for scaling and investing (financially and operationally) with new AI data center construction. \nHeath Lovell brings a unique and intriguing perspective to this industry with his direct air capture technology\, Dair Capture\, and also his time spent working with landowners who hold the foundational resources to AI growth. \nThis exciting C-Level Chat will include: \n✅ How Liftr Insights’ tracking of AI chip deployments globally helps calculate the cost of AI power demand for strategic intelligence and cost analysis \n✅ The evolution of direct air capture technology for ESG\, both from a social and financial investment impact\, including Heath’s company\, Dair Capture \n✅ The dilemma of land and water scarcity for the AI boom\, specifically with the predicaments and knowledge of private landowners selling off their land for AI data center expansion and MORE… \n✅ Open floor Q&A
